Free golf clinics for junior and senior high school age students will be happening throughout the summer, a supervised practice/clinic will be held. New and experienced junior golfers are welcome! Learn to play and join YOUR schools team (or some day High School Team). Returning golf team members (from any high school) will have the chance to mentor and possibly earn volunteer hours that many are needing for their college resumes. |

Single Day Three Hour Instruction (age: 13-17)
|
The Single Day Instruction duration is three hours and consists of range and course instruction.
This single day mini camp is geared toward working on the basics of their golf game. Whether the junior golfer is intermediate or college bound, focus on the basics of the swing and course play will be covered. Range work will be used for the first portion to challenge and hone skills. After a break we will go on the course to utilize those skills. We will also cover 'rescue shots' such as in bunkers, trees, high rough, or difficult situations as well as etiquette and course management. MORE INFORMATION HERE...... |
Junior Golf Single Day Camp - THREE (3) hour
Golfers should expect to be be walking on the course (this will vary depending up on the heat). If a guardian is in attendance the guardian will be permitted to rent a cart and drive the junior's golf clubs as they walk. |

Florida Junior Golf Tour
The FSGA launched the Florida Junior Tour in 2004 to benefit junior golfers throughout the state. Each year, the FJT organizes and conducts more than 25 high-quality, affordable competitions throughout Florida for boys and girls aged 13-18 years old.
All of the FJT tournaments are nationally ranked and the winners from each tournament earn exemptions into the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA). The FJT is a favorite among college coaches. Nearly all college coaches use the website as a recruiting tool and many of them, especially those in the Southeast, regularly attend FJT tournaments and are in contact with our staff.
A very high percentage of FJT players move on to play collegiate golf with many of them receiving a college golf scholarship. Some of our former players include: Vicky Hurst (LPGA), Lexi Thompson (LPGA), Bud Cauley (PGA Tour), Bobby Gates (PGA Tour), Blayne Barber (Walker Cup), Lindy Duncan (Curtis Cup), Erica Popson (Curtis Cup), and Ben An (US Amateur Champion).
