Donations appreciated...

I want to be the best instructor / coach that I can be for my students. Certifications (furthering my education) to be a well educated golf instructor is expensive. I've set up a "Go Fund Me" Campaign to raise the money needed for my education. I wish I could say that I make enough to help my husband support our family of four, but at this point in my new career I'm unable to contribute very much. Saving for my education (certification) is the last thing on our budget hence my 'campaign'.

Donations appreciated

Any help would be appreciated more than I could express.

Because of the traditionally male-dominated culture in golf, the majority of the teaching methods currently in use in the golf industry were developed by male golf professionals based on their experiences teaching male students or based on models of the swings of male touring professionals. There has been little research conducted within the golf industry on whether or not these methods are the same ones that should be used for women, or whether these methods should be adjusted when working with women.  However, research in other sports and in other fields suggests that women can benefit from gender-specific modification to instructional techniques.
